New Motorhome Stopover In Spain: Area Autocaravanas Cartagena

If you are planning a trip to Cartagena, in Murcia, you might be interested in a new motorhome stopover / service area facility that’s opened just outside the city.

It’s called Area Autocaravanas Cartagena and has lots of large, level pitches and on-site security. It’s also got full service facilities, including:

• Picnic area and playground
• Fresh bread daily
• Pets allowed

There is also a wide range of facilities “within 400m”, according to the website, including restaurants, supermarkets, filling stations and even a motorhome repair facility.

Rates: At the time of writing (October 2012), daily rates were €7 per night without services and €10 per night with services.
